The Canadian Council on Public Procurement, in partnership with the Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire (BCI), is pleased to invite you to this exclusive workshop, the culmination of their recent strategic alliance. This workshop is available at no cost to CCMP members and is primarily geared towards the Francophone community, but it is open to the public.

About the Workshop
Learn how to turn the potential of AI into concrete solutions for your organization. During this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn what a Copilot agent is, how it can help with day-to-day tasks, especially for procurement specialists, and what the distinctions are between Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder) and Copilot Studio.
This workshop, combining demonstrations and key concepts, will allow you to gain a clear understanding of the tools and their application in real-world contexts. Offered in a hybrid format, it gives you the option to participate in person or online.

Objectives
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
- Understand what a Copilot agent is and what it is used for
- Distinguish between Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder) and Copilot Studio
- Create a simple agent in Microsoft 365 CopilotUnderstand when and why to use Copilot Studio
- Identify use cases relevant to your organization
- Understand the key concepts of governance and licensing
