2026 CPPC Forum – Call for Presentations

Whether you’ve attended our signature event before or are considering joining us for the first time, we invite you to be part of the 25th Annual Canadian Public Procurement Forum. We’re preparing another exceptional experience for public procurement professionals from across Canada, and we want you there!

This year’s theme, Change: Unlocking New Opportunities,” will guide a program filled with insightful plenary and concurrent sessions designed to inspire fresh thinking and practical solutions. Join colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to explore new ideas and bring valuable takeaways back to your organization.

 

Call for Presentations

 

We are now accepting proposals for Education Sessions at CPPC Forum 2026. Presenting at the Forum is a unique opportunity to share your expertise with an audience of over 150 public procurement professionals from across the country.

Under this year’s theme, we’re looking for sessions that showcase success stories, share best practices, and help advance the profession. Your contribution will be highly valued by participants eager to learn and grow.


Who Attends the Forum?

CPPC Forum serves the entire public procurement sector, including professionals from federal, provincial/territorial, municipal, healthcare, education, NGOs, and Crown corporations. It’s where decision-makers gather to network, share leading practices, and build collaborative partnerships that move the profession forward.


Why Present?

Presenting at CPPC Forum 2026 offers:

  • High visibility for you and your organization as thought leaders;
  • A chance to contribute to the growth and knowledge of the public procurement community;

Session Format & Objectives

  • Sessions are 60–90 minutes, including time for Q&A;
  • Formats may include workshops, panel discussions, or lectures;
  • Sessions should be interactive and include tools or exercises participants can apply immediately.

 

We’re seeking creative, forward-thinking presenters to share insights on topics such as:

How to Apply

Please email your proposal to [email protected] by Friday, October 31, 2025. Include:

  • A creative and descriptive session title
  • A brief session overview (50–75 words) linking to the Forum theme
  • Intended format and interactive elements
  • 2–3 key learning outcomes or takeaways

 

Additional Information

As a not-for-profit association, CPPC does not provide honoraria. Presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. A complimentary one-day registration is provided for the day of your presentation.

Selections will be made by the CPPC Program Development Committee based on relevance, innovation, and value to delegates.
