Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is a Crown corporation that provides innovative and cost-effective contracting, construction contract management, infrastructure and environmental services, and lifecycle support for Canada’s defence requirements. DCC will procure and manage projects for its major Client-Partner, the Department of National Defence. The Value of annual contract expenditure reaches over 1 billion dollars yearly, which makes DCC a major contractor in Canada.


Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) supports federal departments and agencies in their daily operations as their central purchasing agent, real property manager, treasurer, accountant, pay and pension administrator, integrity advisor, common service provider and linguistic authority. With over 16 500 employees across the country, and offices located in communities from coast to coast, PSPC manages an annual budget of over $4 billion. PSPC is the main buyer for the Government of Canada, purchasing approximately $22 billion worth every year on behalf of federal departments and agencies.


University Health Network is the largest hospital-based research program in Canada and is fully affiliated with the University of Toronto.University Health Network encompasses the Toronto General and Toronto Western hospitals, the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, and The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. This hospital network has a procurable spend of approximately$1.6B every year, which makes it a significant public contractor in Ontario and in Canada.


The City of Lévis is the seventh-largest city in the province of Quebec. With a population of over 150 000 citizens and annual contract expenditures of over 285 million dollars, it has become a major actor in the municipal sector. Its contracts are awarded following the Quebec Cities and Towns act, for which suppliers can have an opportunity to learn basic principles.


Queen’s University: Situated on traditional Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee territory, Queen’s University is one of Canada’s oldest degree-granting universities and a contemporary hub of academic research in Kingston, Canada. It is conveniently located about 200 km from Canada’s capital of Ottawa, about 250 km from the centre of our provincial capital of Toronto, and about 300 km from Montréal, Québec. The university is among the top medical-doctoral universities in Canada.


The City of Airdrie is a dynamic and rapidly expanding community located in Alberta, Canada. With a current estimated population of 94,795 and an annual growth rate of 3.45%, Airdrie continues to rank among the fastest‑growing municipalities in the country. It has experienced one of the highest growth rates in Canada and is recognized as the fastest‑growing city in Alberta, driven by its strong quality of life, family‑friendly neighbourhoods, and convenient access to nearby urban centres.


Strategic Procurement is a division of Service New Brunswick. They manage the procurement process for the purchase of goods, services and construction services above certain threshold values for departments, agencies and school districts. They also manage the procurement process for the purchase of goods and services for the regional health authorities. In recent years, Strategic Procurement has purchased over $1.5B annually in goods, services and construction services on behalf of the Government of New Brunswick.


Interuniversity Services Incorporated (ISI) is a not-for-profit organization that represents a membership of 19 universities and colleges from throughout Atlantic Canada. ISI has 40 years of success in collaborative procurement, and its annual buying power is $140 million.


Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) is one of the largest insurance organizations in North America, covering over five million people in more than 300,000 workplaces across Ontario. The WSIB purchases a wide range of products and services every year, ranging from medical equipment and services to IT Solutions. These products and services are for use by workers who are injured or have become ill because of work, and/or for our own operational requirements.
