Hotel Registration Policy
Staying at the host hotel or any of the two proposed alternatives helps the CCPC meet its contractual obligations, therefore keep registration fees down. Take advantage of the convenience, camaraderie and savings by staying at the Coast High Country Inn where the event will be held. Attendees choosing alternate accommodations from the three offered will be assessed a $150 surcharge on their registration fee. In your registration process you will be asked to provide your hotel reservation confirmation number so please make sure you complete your hotel reservation first.
Local attendees: If you plan to commute daily and live within a 100 kilometer radius of any of the three proposed hotels, please include as part of your registration the commute mileage (one way) when registering and you will not be assessed of a 150$ surcharge.
Room Sharing: Attendees sharing a room at any of the three hotels must provide a confirmation number and list all names on reservation for verification and you will not be assessed of a 150$ surcharge.
Staying in Whitehorse during Forum
Although the event will be held at the Coast High Country Inn, we are happy to offer alternatives that are within walking distance from the Coast. Indeed, rooms at the host hotel are limited and we strongly suggest that you book quickly. Alternate venues with whom CPPC has a special agreement for the event are the Best Western Gold Rush Inn where the same rate will be offered and also the Edgewater Hotel where a preferred rate will be offered to CPPC Forum participants. Please note that online booking is not possible at any of these hotels and you must therefore contact the hotel of your choice (email or phone) and provide the groupe booking number to proceed with your hotel room reservation. Traveling in the Yukon for Forum
Air Canada has been designated as the Official Canadian Airline for the CPPC Forum 2018. Cancellation and Refunds
A full refund of your registration fees, less a $100 administration charge, will be processed upon receipt of written cancellation notice. Changes/cancellations will NOT be accepted by telephone. Please email any changes/cancellations to Registration@UnconventionalPlanning.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 17, 2018.
Becoming a Member of the CPPC
You do not need to be a member to register, however, members of the CPPC benefit from special Forum member rates. To become a CPPC member, please contact the CPPC or apply now by clicking here. As soon as your membership application has been approved by the CPPC, you will be eligible to register for Forum at the special membership rate.
